A Few Things You Might Be Wondering About

You can use your time for whatever you need help with: troubleshooting issues, cleaning up your site, setting things up, or walking through something step by step. If it touches your website or tech stack, we can work through it together.

That’s completely fine. Most people don’t. Bring what you have, even if it’s just a list of frustrations or things that feel off. We’ll sort through it together and figure out the next best step.

Your tech stack is the collection of tools that run your website and support your business. This can include your WordPress site, hosting, plugins, email marketing platform, CRM, payment processor, and any integrations connecting them. If something is not working the way it should, it is usually happening somewhere within your tech stack. That is what we work through together.

No. You can use your time in a way that works for you. Some people knock things out in one session, others spread it out over multiple calls or tasks.

We have a tech credits system launching soon that will allow you to more efficiently schedule your sessions.

Both, depending on what you need. If you want guidance, I’ll walk you through it. If you’d rather have it handled, I can jump in and take care of it for you.

You’ll get everything you need to get started, including how to book your tech calls and request tech service support. From there, we’ll focus on what matters most so you can start seeing progress quickly.

If you’re dealing with one or two specific issues, start with 1 hour.
If you have a list of things or want to make meaningful progress, go with 5 hours.
If you’re ready for deeper support and want to stay consistent, 10 hours is the better fit.

Keep in mind, your plan does not expire.

Sometimes access is needed, depending on what we’re working on. I will only request access when necessary. You stay in control the entire time. I’ll let you know exactly what’s needed and why, and we can either walk through it together or you can grant access in a way you’re comfortable with. My goal is to make this feel simple and secure, not stressful.
